These General Contractual Terms and Conditions include detailed conditions of all quotations issued by VT TIPA Limited Liability Company for manufacturing special-purpose machines not shown under other headings and of every contract  has been concluded/to beconcluded with every client, and Quotations and Contracts are valid and effective only with the provisions of these GCTC.

For all orders made by the Customers and received by the Company for special-purpose machines and associated services shall be exclusively governed by the GCTC.
